New Aspect Achieves an NPS Score of 65 in 2025
At the beginning of July 2025, we conducted our annual NPS survey among our partners. Thank you to everyone who took the time to participate.
We are proud to share that we achieved an NPS score of 65 this year. This result shows that our partners value us at a world class level, well above the average in both wholesale and telecom.
In addition, we received valuable feedback that will help us further improve customer satisfaction in the year ahead.
